Exchange Policy:
At SecureSwimwear, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We do not offer returns for
refunds, but we are happy to provide an exchange under the following conditions:
● Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery and only for items that are
unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
● Defective or Damaged Items: If you believe your item arrived defective or damaged,
please contact us at [support email]. We may request photos before you send the
product back.
● Inspection Process: All exchanged items will be carefully inspected. If damage is found
to be the result of misuse, intentional harm, alterations, or normal wear-and-tear, the
item will not qualify for exchange and will be returned to you.
● Approved Exchanges: If your exchange is approved, you may select a replacement of
the same style or another product of equal value (subject to availability).
SecureSwimwear reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the returned product does not
meet the above requirements.

- Disclaimer- We do not cover or take any responsibility for any items that may get
damaged in the pocket. The pocket is 100% waterproof, unless sharp objects have been
inserted in the pocket, which may have affected the lining of this material. We
recommend rounded objects, such as phones, wallets, and vehicle keys, that fold into
themselves. Though we have tested general keys on a keyring, and the pockets are a
success, this is not a guarantee that it will not puncture it, this will be at your own risk.
The pockets snap shut must be clean, and clear before putting valuables in it to ensure
you get what you pay for! Our slogan “Dive in, we’ve got you covered!” is intended as a
fun and creative expression of our brand values—style, comfort, and confidence. It
should not be interpreted as a guarantee of coverage for any personal injury, loss, or
damage. SecureSwimwear does not assume responsibility for any accidents,
damages, or costs incurred while using our products. Customers are solely
responsible for the use and care of their swimwear.
