Refund policy

At SecureSwimwear, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we strive to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase through our Exchange Policy.

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any purchases, including for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or preference. Please carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Exchanges Only

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
All exchanged items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at secureswimwear@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the item before authorizing an exchange. Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the defective product.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt. If the damage is determined to be caused by misuse, intentional harm, alterations, or normal wear-and-tear, the exchange request will be denied, and the item will be returned to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • SecureSwimwear is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Final Sale Items

Certain items, such as clearance or promotional products, are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
